Lenny, I have something that works the same way. It's just a T, with a male quick-connect on one end, a female on the other, and a Schrader valve sticking up in the middle. It's a handy thing to be able to read pressure for sure.

It is a 1/4 inch mail npt quick disconnect with a brass truck tire valve stem.
