Well the JMX reporter will be the default reporter and that will remain but if
someone wants to a built-in alternate like
http://metrics.codahale.com/getting-started/#other-reporting or a custom
reporter. There is no easy way to initialize the code. Perhaps we should use
something like the analyzer init code that you came up with in 0.2, javascript
initializers.
