I think that It would be better if we use CustomMatrics class as static and in
that case it would be cumbersome to provide javascript initializer at each and
every place we need to capture any metric. We may think of any solution like
log4j.xml or hadoop_metrics.properties file where can we define our Reporter
class and that will be loaded only once. I think this will serve our purpose.
