Well I meant, maybe we could have an init function that would fire on server
startup and allow for the Reporters to be initialized. However the more I
think about it, maybe a better option is some sort of properties file (like you
said) and/or an init class (defined in blur-site) that would allow someone to
implement their own custom Reporter code. I'm really open to any option that
works. :)
