French, to be specific. Is there some sort of European or French Car Fax that I could access? Anyone have a contact in Germany, Europe, or France that could do a BMW dealer lookup in their system? I assume the Canadian system is tied to the US system not to the European system? Thanks for any ideas. US Car Fax (done) and US dealer lookup (no listing) are not enough.
