Regrettably, these are often all flawed, and I frequently resort to turning off wysiwyg, copying and pasting whole pages out of the system editor, editing it in vim, with the benefits of correct indentation and syntax highlighting etc, and then pasting the result back into the editor to save it. If the likes of dokuwiki and cmsmadesimple would just allow the use of a vim plugin, this complicated timewasting would be unnecessary.
