I was going to ask if you had an example of a wiki that does what you are asking for but it seems that what you are looking for doesn't exist. You would need to have VIM configured to understand boltwire markup and indentation would be lost that is not done via some sort of boltwire markup. Seems like it would be a lot of work to create templates that VIM or any other editor could use to know what formatting and syntax is being used so that it would be really effective. It is also one of the reasons that most wiki's don't really have an effective WYSIWYG editor.
