How complex is your setup? - How many players? do you use online music services as well? what additional plugins do you install? Obviously if the last two are true, then there's some troubleshooting that can be done there - disabling or removing those services/plugins... But if your setup isn't that complicated, then perhaps deleting QLMS from the QNAP and re-installing everything from scratch is the best way forward...at least then you can check for the problem as you re-install everything - after initial install and local music Db scan see it the problem has gone - then add your plugins, and test again, then finally add any online music services.
