The Boom is connected with Ethernet. Has been for a while. I was away for a month and switched off all network stuff. Came back an worked as usual for maybe a week and suddenly one morning I hear a buzz and it's the Boom on full volume after NAS start in the morning. Only system change I am aware of since then is the upgrade to 8.2.0. Maybe some settings files are left the same by the update/installation process in QLMS. That could explain the same behaviour after up- and downgrading.
