i don't think those multiple att cable IP's are static. their entire
network is DHCP. all that allows you is up to 3 different IP addresses
(at $10 more for each extra one) off of one cable modem, not a /30 type
block. you could then have 3 servers on the net all exposing the same
port number if desired. with the normal setup you can only have one box
for any given port. a linksys doesn't help here as incoming port mapping
also works only with one external ip address.
