Hi Chad: This sounds very much like the problem I had with Keysync and my Address Book. What would happen is I would sync my Outlook Address book to Keylist, but when I went into Keylist, the entries were there but were blank, no data in them.
What version of Keysoft are you running? You need to make sure you have the proper version of Active Sync that will run with the Keysoft Version you are using. There is information on Humanware's website about this. Also, in ActiveSync, you need to check the boxes in settings under I believe the file menu for Contacts and Calendar, that is, if you plan to sync your planner as well.
