Dear Michelle Wilson,

Hello. I had this kind of problem at school a few years ago. What kind of embosser is this? I own a Romeo Pro 50, and I have the settings, on the embosser, set to leave any other Braille cells above 40 to be ignored. Yet, when I was using the Braille Blazer at school, I had to make sure that the embosser was set to have the number of cells per line one more than the VoiceNote QT I had (because sometimes a space will be put on cell 29). Also, the embosser may count the number of cells set for the left margin. If so, make sure that the BrailleNote has the left margin set. If this does not help, please let me know. Thank you.

Sincerely,
Kyle John Steinle

Subject: [Braillenote] Keyword Question

Hello,

This is probably a simple question to answer, but I need some help embossing
documents from Keyword. There seems to be a difference between the
characters per line in keyword and the embosser. The embosser is set to 20 characters per line, which is apparently standard. When I emboss a keyword
document, keyword often splits the last word and puts the last few letters
of the last word on the line below and then starts a new line. This makes
reading really difficult for a new reader like our daughter. How do I fix
this? I tried searching the braillenote manual, but I must not be using the
right words to search.

Thanks!

Michelle
