Michelle, This can be fixed from the KeyWord Options. Go to KeyWord Menu and select Emboss. At the emboss propt, press s to choose setup. At the paper width propt, type 20. This will correct the problem. Then press space with e (ESC) and press y to confirm the settings. I hope this informaiton may help you.
