I have been helping Tiffany, and she has tried both the zip and
the unzipped file.
the product key goes through, but when she holds down jk and
presses reset, it comes back and gives her the message sd card
error.

Did you download the zipped version? If so, did you unzip it?
I'm grasping, I know. When you say two files, are you counting
the product key?

Hello All,
I have an MPower QT and I am using a Kingston 512 SD card for the
upgrade. I prepared the card copied the 2 files to the card and
started the instalation. However, after installing the product
key I do a reset with J & k held down and I get sd card error.
What am I doing wrong? Please help,
