Hello,
No, when I say a tracking number, I mean that UPs gives you a tracking
number that is about 9 digits and letters long. this allows you to see
where your unit is in flight.
Of course, if you sent it in overnight like I did, then there is not going
to be a lot of delay once it is shipped.
I hope this helps,
robert

Robert;
When you say tracking number, do you mean the RMA number from HW. I
think that might be the mix up. Does fedex give out a separate number?

Hello,
When they take all of your information down in the beginning they will
ask
you for an email address.
When the unit is ready to ship back, once it has gone to UPs they will
send
you a email telling you it has been shipped with the tracking number.
this is something that Humanware has set up with UPs it is not something
that Humanware does. A lot of companies are going to this, but it is
not
the company that does it they set it up with UPs to send you the
tracking
number once it has been shipped.
I hope this helps,
Robert
