Hi Mary Ellen:

If an upgrade helps get the job I am doing better than ever before, then it is worth it. Unless I intend to KEEP DOING THE SAME THING I am doing now and my equipment continues to meet my needs does the an upgrade becomes unnecessry.

For everyone leaving outside the United States, the complaint is a legitimate one! Finding nearly 4 thousand British Pounds to PURCHASE THE BRAILLENOTE is a tough call--a horrid nightmare no one wants to dream of. Then Humanware COMES UP WITH THESE ALEATORY UPGRADES and they can't benefit from it? No fair, it is armed robbery! How many more times DOES A BLIND PERSON needs to be robbed?

Consider reading their rejoinder to a previous announcement; it is a rejoinder published on July 29, on a Sunday too. Why raise peoples' expectations and then dash them?

Humanware focuses more on the United States on the pretense that it has a large market here. What an irony of twisted fate!!

As for the UEBC, not sure I want to SHAKE A STICK at it. I don't believe in this grade III or Grade Iv Braille business.

Sincerely,
Olusegun
