Wendy,

What version of JAWS and are you going through a serial connection,
bluetooth or something else?

And, XP or Vista?

This will help figure out what is going on here.

Thanks,

Kevin

Subject: [Braillenote] BRAILLE DISPLAY

Can anyone help us with some directions for setting up my son's mpower as a
braille display with JAWS . Even though we continue to try adding the
braillenote as the default braille display at Com8 it still says the
default braille display is no display. we can't seem to get it to accept
the braillenote.
We have tried to uninstall JAWS and have reinstalled it. (This is what
tech support suggested). Any help would be wonderful.
Wendy
