John,

Dominic Gagliano, Vice President of Blindness Sales for HumanWare stated in
a presentation given in Southern California earlier this month that they
will not be able to do KeyShop at the conferences any longer. The reason for
this is that the conditions did not allow for the cleaning and servicing in
the quality that they were wanting and most of the issues had to be
redirected to the main office at the end.

Thanks,

Subject: [Braillenote] Key Shop at the ACB Convention?

Hello,

Will Humanware have the key shop service available at the ACB convention, as
they have done in past years, for cleaning braille displays, and performing
other minor repairs?

John
