I agree with the beta point; remember with the first release of ks7.5 (which had been beta tested like all other versions, I assume) if you said "yes" to the "empty trash" prompt when leaving keymail, your inbox was deleted? This seems like something the beta team would have picked up on!! I will never trust an upgrade again until people have tested it (actual users who can talk about what they are finding, not a select group sworn to secrecy). I know I will not be one of the first ones installing ks8; I need my bn too much to have something go drastically wrong, like when I lost a hundred or so email with ks7.5.17.

Have a great day,
Alex

Hi Ms. Pearson:

You DO NOT OWE ANYONE AN APOLOGY for expressing your opinion.
Each of
us--whether you got your Braillenote/MPower/Pk from a rehab
service in a
state in the United States--or you actually SHELLED OUT the funds
to MAKE
THE PURCHASES--each of us has a right to get the very best out of
our
equipment. The Messenger HAD BEEN SO LONG in coming, so why
should I now
JUMP UP because it is incorporated into Keysoft 8? No PUBLIC
BETA made
available to the community of users, so how do I know it will
even work well
until I get it?

My disappointment has to do with the fact that I CANNOT CHANGE MY
OWN
BATTERIES. Why not? Suppose I live in Pharaoh's Island, where
do I go to
have my batteries changed?

Why should most major updates only be beneficial to folks living
in the
United States or Canada? Even Canadians CAN'T USE Bookshare, so
what
benefits do they derive from much concentration on the service?

Back to square one we are, constantly caught between a rock and a
hard
place--and the price we pay for it all never seems to get
discounted!

Sincerely,
Olusegun
Denver, Colorado
