Have you tried saving the email and then opening it in keyWeb?
Yes, humanware really need to sort out the html email problem
because the work-around is quite long and complicated (especially
for newer users). But i believe that html email support requires
an upgrade of windows CE!

OK, how much time is enough? We have asked for HTML E-mail
support with
Keymail and better word support for several years? Even other
notetakers are jumping ahead of the BrailleNote. Maybe you don't
think
the things people are asking for are that important, but some do.
