Hi,
Sounds like the Flash was going through "scandisk" at that time. Remember
that Flash is somewhat slower than RAM.

I was downloading an m p 3 on the Apex, coincidentally! I found 
that the m-Power could successfully download it, but the Apex 
"failed".
I ended up having to use the record and reset buttons.
I'm disappointed in how eloquence performs and there doesn't seem 
to be much evidence of a faster processor.
