HW does not reply much on this list, unlike gwm. However, the delay in
gwm's newest upgrade is comparable to the delay in keysoft upgrades
from hw, and I have not seen users request features which were then
implemented on either device. I think both companies go for features
they feel will be most useful to the most users, so as to intise as
many as possible to pay for the upgrades. Of course, gwm upgrades are
currently free, though gwm has said that they do not know how long
this practice will continue.

I suppose my basic point is that there is little difference in
responsiveness to upgrade requests, but gwm upgrades are (for the
moment) free and their company does a better job at publically
responding to users' concerns and questions on their email list.
