Was it turned on when it reset in your purse? At least on an MPower, the
reset button does not work unless the unit is on. So, if it was indeed
off, there is definitely something wrong.

That does not seem like normal behavior; this is the first case I have
heard of frequent resets and crashes. I would call Humanware and ask
them about it; see what suggestions thay have and, if the problems
persist, push them to replace the unit.

Mpower. Yesterday after it reset itself, it gave me a disk error and

to restore to default settings. I initial said yes but it I'd lose my

so I hit no. I pressed reset and it worked normally.
Does anyone have suggestions on what I should do? Or I just live with it
until such time as there's software update.
