I don't think it was on when in my purse. If it happens again, I will make note. You're right this never happened with MPower. I had some crashes but not often. I followed your suggestion Joseph. Let's see if it helps. Prior to email the list I emailed support as well. I really like this unit as far as the built in wifi and its light weight, but all the crashing is getting old.
