Yes, it does. I would have thought that such problems would be sorted out with the Apex. It was relatively common in the PK but we were always told it was a memory issue.
I do want to emphasize though that I primarily experienced 10060 SMTP errors, not 10050. It is possible this is something entirely different with Apex. Humanware tech support should have weighed in on this days ago. If it were me though, and given that this is a problem that came up recently and pretty clearly seems to be an Apex problem, I'd probably reset the whole email system and see what happens. If that fixes the issue, it's a pretty serious problem from a user point of view, I'd say.
