Laura,

Another thing you can do about the backups is to have two folders on your cf
card for "yesterday" and "today". Use the Incremental Backup File option
(instead of just the Backup File option) so that only files that were revised
today would be saved to the Today folder. Then check the size of the backup
files in the Today folder and if they match those in your BrailleNote, then you
can delete the Yesterday folder and rename the Today folder as Yesterday.

Of course it's a roundabout way of doing this but it will help you save intact
copies of your important files and if ever you lose the ones in the Flash Disk,
you only lost a day's worth of data which are easier to reconstruct than three
months worth or two weeks worth of notes.

BTW, there's no need to apologize and explain your mental state when you made
those Braille errors. If ever I point them out to you and the list, it's to
make sure that no one makes the same mistakes and end up with the same errors
in an e-mail sent to a sighted person. It would be foolish/immature and
over-sensitive for anyone here to think that I'm doing that to spite anyone.
So again, no apologies needed.
