Lisa, Jonathan Mosen and Dean Jackson are asking users having this situation to let them know. You ought to contact them off list with the circumstances surrounding this Braillenote message. THEY do monitor this list. But contacting them would insure that they get your information. They need this information so that they can duplicate the problem at their end. To date, they have not been able to do this, and really need to hear from anyone having this problem.
