Hi Sue, I was going to post on this issue today. I called technical support on this earlier this week, Tuesday to be exact, and as yet, have not heard back. I'm now having the same problem, once per day. I get the cannot run this version of KeySoft. I've been re-setting with the reset button, and then with dot 1,2,and3, without resolution. I'm running version 5.1 of KeySoft. Also, I've been using the block functions, and don't see the Block Indicators in my document. I usually run with braille only. Anybody know what's going on with either of these two issues? Best Regards,

I have noted that whenever I get this message, it places me at the main menu no matter if I'm in the word processor or book reader programs. Just adding a couple of pieces to the puzzle.
