Hi Jeff,

To be able to see all the files in the KeyList folder, go to the list of
files in the folder. Next, repeatedly press space with x or read with x
(sorry I can't remember which model you have), until you hear "list of all
including hidden files in Keylist folder".

Next, you will want to select the email folders.cdb and directory of
services.cdb files which you will now be able to see and erase them both.

What you deleted in the KeyMail folder are the definition files. I think
this was stated previously on the list but you can copy these from the
Windows folder on the KeySoft system disk to the KeyMail folder on the flash
disk. This should leave the BrailleNote in the state that you received it
in ... well almost!

To get rid of KeySoft 5.1, delete the keysoft.exe file in the slash
directory (none folder) on the flash disk. Again, you will need to use the
space (read) with x command to see all the files in that folder.
