One tip on buying cumin and other spices: Look on your grocer's Hispanic foods aisle first for any of your spices. They are usually a fraction of the cost of the ones on the regular spice aisle. :)

If you like cumin, you will love this delicious cumin-spiced bread with parmesan cheese. Cooking Time: 45 min Ingredients * 3 cups sourdough sponge * 5 1/2 cups white flour * 2 teaspoon salt * 1 cup water * 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated * 1 tablespoon whole cumin seeds * 2 tablespoon butter Instructions 1.
