Is it really as black and white as that? How much control does an
employer legally have over the private life of an employee? Can the
employer legally tell the employee what clubs they can join? Can the
employer tell the employee that they cannot buy certain products? Can
they tell them not to marry someone who has a contrary opinion to the
companies?
