This question is not meaningful since the air in the habitat will not
have a homogeneous temperature distribution, even if it is moving
slowly. For one thing, the air at the surface near the "equator" (if the
endcaps are the north and south poles) will be warmer than the air on
the axis. Due to endcap effect, the temperature will also vary along the
length of the habitat. And this is not even considering if there are any
strong air currents, clouds, etc.
