How about the Vorlon planet killer? Hyperspace capable, able to singlehandedly destroy a planet, virtually indestructable... Now *that* is outlandish. How about a more realistic ship. The Excaliber maybe? Tinman, Leviathan gunships, and vorlon and shadow ships out of consideration, my vote would still be for the Scimitar, though it's hard to compare technology from different series.
