sin?

To me it means he thinks we screwed up by allowing ourselves to be led into this morass by an incompetent leader with a boneheaded plan. Is that "sin"? I'm not superstitious, I have no idea.



Didn't he said that enough blood must be spilled for said forgiveness to take place?

It seems to me that that's just the realization that it's going to cost lives to make things right. I may be wrong, but I don't see Moore as a bible scholar or someone caught up in ideas such as blood atonement.
