After all the talk this seems to be the best plan - let Chris do his job and if a vote is required - which from the response on BritDisc it is - he can post the options on the UKU website (rather than BritDisc) and people who want to vote then have that option.
The UKU website would be better than BritDisc as it allows a central point for people to refer to and stops Chris being bombarded with emails from players stating their choice. He can simply get a clear Yay or Nay for each option. Good or bad??
