I'm with Benji. I would have thought that as the game is meant to be built on mutual respect between players, rule 1.4, that had you fouled someone (unintentionally, as intentional fouling is a breach of rule 1.6.2) then the player committing the foul would either suggest they had caused a foul if it affected the play or in not, apologise. But maybe that is just me.
