I have found coriander seeds in a small veggie shop on Nørrebro. Seems
to be quite common spice in middle eastern kitchen. Crushing them was
left as an exercise for the reader ;-)

It should be possible to get orange peels too, either in those small
shops, or in some Danish delicatessen. Perhaps not Belgian, but Belgium
is not such a grea producer of oranges anyway...

I am sure someone else here can give the closest fits to Brygladens malt
selection.
