malt kan godt ligge optil 18 måneder uden problemmer det skal opbevares tørt og frostfri. med hensyn til mængden så hvis han har en åben sække og man selv har en pose med så.... men vi skal måske også passe på ikke at forstyrre den hård arbejdene brygmester i tide og utide.
