I am extremely happy with my Cornelius system. I have 7 kegs (one out of function, as I have borrowed pieces from it, until I get to replace the O-rings). They are easy to clean. If need be (or you want to be extra sure), you can unscrew all the small bits and pieces (and more importantly, you can screw them back in again). I have a small beer fridge, there is room for two cornys (just about). I have seen examples of fridges that could take three. Nice and easy way to keep them cool. For serving I have a double tap on top of the fridge. Drawbacks: Not really.
