Interesting reading. Maybe we should save a copy of this on the
haandbryg site, and put a link to it from the carbonation article...

Has anyone asked Carlsberg what a beer bottle is supposed to hold to?

P.S. I think the most common reason for exploding bottles is not too
much sugar, but bottling too early, when there still is lots of
fermentables in the beer.
