Yes, it will be beer anyway. But no, it will not be a very belgian tripple you get our of it. Those things like very much to get a good belgian yeast, with all the fancy aromas that they produce. If you do not want to buy a wyeast smack pack, you can try to harvest a yeast from a Roquefort (or some other Belgian beer that you know is bottle conditioned, and not with a different yeast).
