This is about the most commly asked beginner question here. I think
Brygladen should write about it in their instructions. The fact is that
after a dark and stormy fermentation, the beer settles down for a much
more quiet process. Many people mistake this as a problem, but it is
just as it should be. Let it sit there for a week or three, and all will
be well!
Remember,
it will be beer anyway!
