You can put it in the basement right away, but I would wait a few hours
or maybe one day. Until you can see the fermentation has got a good
start. With T-58 that should not take long. Just rehydrate it, and dump
in.
Sure these small details make a difference, but you seem to be well
beyond the point where
it will be beer anyway
