Hello, The Icom R-7000 general coverage multi-mode ( AM/FM/CW/SSB ) scanner/receivers which covered from 25 MHz to about 2 gHz covered the 800/900 range with no frequencies blocked.
I still have one, but they are useless for monitoring the present digital transmissions. I looked up scanner frequencies of 460.XXX range with a PL123.0 and scanned up and down but heard nothing. Maybe it's blocked somehow. Just wanting to listen in since we are in all this hurricane and flooded event situation.
