Dear Sir:
I spent over 40 years in the space business, satellite design, and I knew a 
very good friend who was color blind.  To my knowledge, the question never came 
up.  He also made his initial mark in programming, but in those days there were 
no IDE's, just IBM punched cards for a 7090.
