I whole-heartedly concur with this. Asking me if I really want to stop the installation is a standard practice by many installers. I have to admit I have a guilty pleasure in clicking buttons to see if programs will let me do something silly without making certain that I didn't want to lose the last half-hour of my life. Yes, clicking quit isn't destructive, but I would expect the installer to ask me if I really wanted to. I hate to use the example, but, Windows installers (such as InstallShield, Wise, MSI, etc.) almost always ask a user if they want to quit, stop, or cancel installation. Besides, quitters never install, and we want them to ;) -- "Less is only more where more is no good." --Frank Lloyd Wright Shawn Walker, Software and Systems Analyst binarycrusader at gmail.com - http://binarycrusader.blogspot.com/
