Hi,

Could not happen soon enough for me!

I understand resolving the immediate issue for this community, but it 
occurs to me that other groups/projects/etc. could benefit from a more 
general solution to this problem... I presume the ON flag day/heads up 
page is manually maintained.

Would a separate discussion list, specifically for flags days not also 
resolve this? Granted it's not editable after the fact, but it would be 
searchable and something to which anyone may subscribe.
