disk items commented. Mary ran an install with the disk stuff commented
out and it works.
If you feel it is a bug that aimanifest.xml doesn't work out of the box
then please file one. Cc'ing Ethan for his input on this as his name is
on the first version of aimanifest.xml which hg log reports.
