The ATA at 10.9.10.72 does not re-INVITE us to T.38 like it should. Fax
goes over ulaw and fails.
Try to send a fax from the ATA through Callweaver going out the ISDN and
see what happens.
The sound also seems too soft in one direction, try adjusting the tx/rx
gain.
