Hi Marek,

The answering party is responsible for reinviting a call from audio to
T.38. This should happen whether or not the calling party offers T.38 as
an option in the SDP of the INVITE. A T.38 capable box should attempt a
re-invite to T.38, and fall back to the current codec if that doesn't
work out. We never received a reinvite, so we kept working in VoIP mode.

It is actually pretty useless to enable T.38 over RTP. I've yet to find
a box which supports it, and currently we don't support it will proper
error correction (there is, of course, some connection between those two
things :-) ). T.38 over UDPTL seems to be a dead end, as it will never
support encryption the way RTP will. However, right now RTP just isn't
supported by very many things.

Regards,
Steve
